About Us

Richard Cunningham is a partner, broker, and manager for Cunningham Property Management Corp. Upon graduation with honors from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, Richard immediately began his career in the vacation ownership industry. Richard currently oversees eight resorts on Florida’s Gulf coast while serving on the Board of Directors at the local Chamber of Commerce.

Richard has working knowledge of resort operations ranging from his early experiences working the front desk, being the assistant manager, and CAM licensed resort manager. Resorts under Richard’s supervision continually obtain the highest awards in the industry.

Aubrey Vaczi, the Vice President of Operations, is an experienced professional with a strong background in business management and operations. Florida-born and raised, she has a strong understanding of coastal resort needs.

Aubrey has held various key positions within the organization, including resort manager, regional manager, and director of operations. These roles helped her gain valuable insights into they many aspects of the property management, business development, rental marketing and development, and resort operations.

Her dedication to continuous improvement and innovation has been beneficial in adapting to changing market trends. With a strong commitment to integrity and ethical practices, Aubrey is known for her strong interpersonal skills and fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
