Gulf Tides of Longboat Key offers contemporary, luxurious studios, one bedroom and two bedroom condominiums that border the Gulf of Mexico. Each condo has a fully equipped kitchen, cable television, linens, central heat/air, private phones, wifi and free laundry facilities either in the condo or in the building. Our guests can enjoy a number of recreational activities including a lighted tennis court, heated outdoor pool, bicycles, shuffleboard, BBQ grills and 200 feet of beach.

Directions from Sarasota Airport to Resort
The nearest airport is Sarasota/Bradenton International Airport, twelve miles away. Take 41 South to 789 (John Ringling Causeway) and turn right. Take to St. Armands Circle. Take first right exit from circle and follow signs to Longboat Key. Road becomes Gulf of Mexico Drive. Follow 4 miles to resort on right.

Directions from Tampa Airport to Resort
From Tampa: 275 South to I-75 South to Exit 210 (Fruitville Road). Turn right. Follow Fruitville Road to the end (US 41). Turn left onto US 41 (south) to next traffic light. Turn right onto John Ringling Causeway and follow directions above.

There are no parking facilities for boats, jet skis, trailers, campers or motor homes. You are limited to one parking space per unit. Sorry, we do not allow pets.
